The BridGes of Madison County, Axelrod Performing Arts Center, March 11-27th
Kate and Aaron Lazar will lead the cast of The Bridges of Madison County at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal Park, NJ. Original Broadway cast member Hunter Foster directs the musical adaptation of the the Robert James Waller novel, with a Tony Award winning score by Jason Robert Brown and book by Marsha Norman.

Tony Award-nominated Kate Baldwin makes her Caramoor debut in a dazzling evening filled with music from the American Songbook. Her Broadway appearances have included Finian’s Rainbow, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Big Fish, and the 2017 revival of Hello, Dolly! in which her role as Irene Molloy earned her a Tony nomination.

Join us for the Skylight Night Gala as we kick off our 60th anniversary season!

Where: Kimpton Journeyman Hotel & Cabot Theatre
The event begins at 4 p.m. with a cocktail hour, silent auction, and dinner at the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel, located on Broadway & Chicago Streets, one-half block away from Skylight Music Theatre.
Following dinner will be a concert at 7:30 p.m. in Skylight’s beautiful, 350-seat Cabot Theatre featuring two-time Tony award-nominee Kate Baldwin.
Baldwin will perform signature songs from her acclaimed performances in Hello Dolly!, Finian’s Rainbow, Giant, and Big Fish and share personal anecdotes and stories about how each song became part of her life. Baldwin will be accompanied by her long-time friend and collaborator, Georgia Stitt. Baldwin grew up in Milwaukee and is a graduate of Shorewood High School.
Following the concert, guests will return to the Kimpton Journeyman for an after-party on the hotel’s rooftop.

Solo Flights is an annual week-long developmental festival of one-person shows presented in the beginning stages of their making. In addition to the performances, Solo Flights features signature events including talkbacks, creative discussions & panels, and special receptions. The second annual Solo Flights Festival will be held September 16 – 19, 2020 at Theatre Aspen’s Hurst Theatre.
The inaugural Solo Flights Festival was held September 18 – 21, 2019. All shows took place at Theatre Aspen’s Hurst Theatre.
